Many of my pictures capture people and places in a moment in time to explore the relationships between individuals and their surroundings. A key requirement is that the captured scene is unplanned, with an absence of prior arrangement. It is therefore unlikely that I have sought to gain the consent of the people that appear in my photographs.
There is currently no legal restriction on photography in public places and no presumption of privacy for individuals in a public place. However, if you appear as the main subject in a photograph and don’t like what you see, please contact me and I will remove the photograph immediately.
